I specialize in removal of spyware and viruses, not just a simple reinstall of your operating system. Most shops will just reinstall your operating system leaving you to sort out your personal data or charge extra for installing your programs and linking your data. That is the easy and quick (for them) way to do it but runs the risk of missing and/or losing some data. In most cases I can remove unwanted programs leaving your data, programs and settings intact.

I will pick up your computer and deliver it back to you between 1 and 3 days later depending on workload and difficulty of cleaning. I charge $90.00 for the service. I will run several virus scanners, anti spyware programs and specialized programs to detect and remove the unwanted programs and I will manually remove anything that cannot be automatically removed.

Legitimate programs have a nasty habit of installing services that run constantly and slow your computer down in an effort to speed up their own software. The downside of this is when you have 5 or 6 of these running it can slow your computer to a crawl and all of the programs suffer. I will safely turn off unnecessary services to speed your computer up.

I will install anti-virus and anti-spyware programs and all current updates. Because of the nature of viruses and spyware, I cannot guarantee that you will never get a virus or spyware again, but I can set up your computer in the best possible way to prevent infection and educate you on what to do and more importantly what not do to prevent further infections. I do guarantee that your computer will be clean and updated when I return it to you.
