I specialize in affordable web sites for small businesses seeking a professional presence on the internet. My sites are easy to use, easy to maintain, are visually appealing and can be as simple or complex as your business demands. All sites are original designs designed by me and not templates from the web that can be found everywhere. I will work with you to develop a website to your expectations. Now for the geeky bits. I use html, asp, css and javascript in my sites. I generally use Dreamweaver 8 for the layout and Photoshop for the graphics. I test for cross-browser compatibility in IE 6 and 7, Firefox and Opera and check my code for standards compliance. I pick up languages and tools fairly quickly so if I need a tool or bit of code from a language I haven’t used before it’s not a problem. I have limited experience with PHP and Perl. I have some experience with databases and SQL. Although I don’t host with my own server, I have extensive experience installing and maintaining IIS, which helps me in administering your site.
